About
What is
Camp PJ?
Camp PJ is a reflective space designed to help young people slow down, think more deeply, and grow with intention.
In a world that rewards speed and productivity above all else, we believe there is quiet power in the act of pausing, in sitting with a question long enough to let it reshape how you see yourself and the world around you.
Each week, we offer a carefully crafted prompt, a question, an observation, or an invitation to look inward. These are starting points for genuine reflection: the kind that happens in journals, in long walks, or in quiet moments before the day takes over.
Camp PJ is built for those who feel like they're still figuring things out, especially teens and young people who sense that something important lies just beneath the surface of their daily lives, but don't always have the space or guidance to explore it.
The idea for Camp PJ grew out of lived experience, shaped over time through conversations, shared questions, and the kind of moments where you realize how much of life is learned without a map. Some of those early conversations happened between people trying to understand their own paths while growing up without clear direction. Camp PJ reflects the understanding that many young people aren't lacking in potential; they're often just quietly navigating, without a place to pause and make sense of what they're carrying.
This platform is built and maintained by a small team that cares deeply about the intersection of self-awareness, writing, and intentional growth. We believe reflection is a practice. And like any practice, it grows stronger the more you return to it.
We're glad you're here.
